Ok, here it is!! Many of you have spoken on social media and because of it I’m having the first annual Valentines 1+1=love portrait marathon this Sunday, February 12th!! I’m hoping it turns out to be a great day! What am I looking for? Awesome couples who are in love! Then, on February 14th I will have a contest for those that are fans of my Facebook page. There will be a blog post that day featuring one image from each couple with their name. Then I will take a poll on my Facebook page and have people vote for their favorite. The first half of this lovely engagement session took place at the flats of the city of Cleveland. Then we went to the very elegant Velvet Tango Room near Ohio city. And I usually pass on having a drink while at work but when they offered I just couldn’t pass, the cocktail selection looked amazing. And having the privilege to have such nice company was a big plus If you ever get the urge to have a few drinks with a touch of sophistication  please visit the Velvet Tango Room. You will not regret it, they have live music and the place was jumping on a wednesday!!

The amazing wedding day of Courtney and Matt began with a very elegant ceremony at St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Parma. How awesome is it that the newly weds released white doves outside of ceremony. Been to a lot of weddings, but never seen that before in person. Maybe in some movies. It was very romantic and a fantastic idea. The sun came up on what was suppose to be a very cloudy and rainy day. It held up long enough for us to head to the Cleveland Museum of Art and take some awesome photos.

The reception took place at Briarwood Golf Club over on Broadview Hts, OH. Full of super fun details that added that extra touch to complete Courtney & Matt’s wedding day. I’m sure it will be a day they will never forget. Hopefully these images will help them do just that.

It always amazes me the places that my trusty camera takes me. I mean really… I got to shoot at Progressive Field with a fantastic couple! The engagement took off at Lake Erie’s Edgewater  park right near downtown Cleveland. And it transitioned to the home of the Cleveland Indians. There, we had free range to shoot anywhere and it was AWESOME!! I felt like a little kid… Cannot wait to the wedding! We actually have some history, I photographed Dani’s sister’s wedding and her brother’s too. It’s a reunion all over again!

Oh I’m still in awe of how awesome this wedding looks! Still editing away the amazing wedding of Melissa and Andy, but I just had to post a teaser!

To start the year I like to take time to look back at the amazing year I had. It truly was an adventure. I cannot wait to see what 2011 brings for me. EM Event photography is very proud and thankful for all my past clients and all the support that I got. I really can’t complain much. 2010 will always be in my memories, it is the year I became a dad after all. Life keeps changing, so I look forward with my Camera held up high. Cheers to a New Year!!!
