My first wedding of the season! The wedding of Melissa and Andy was a total blast. Very layback and fun individuals surrounded the wedding day. Ceremony took place at St. John Neumann in Strongsville. The very elegant reception took place at St. Vlademir’s Grand Hall, the staff there was great. Music entertainment was provided by Troy Entertainment. I hope you enjoy the images as much as I enjoyed taking them

Weather did not stop the elegant couple from tying the knot on one of the beautiful gardens that the Botanical Gardens have  to offer. Very elegant and sharp, yet simple. This wedding was lovely in every way.

The more I’m playing around with film the more I fall in love with the medium. It’s so organic and pure These images are straight out of the camera. The film I used is nothing fancy, in fact I picked it up in my local drug store. I do however plan on getting more professional film. The quality overall will be much better. Also, I just got a Twin Lens Reflex camera and it’s getting some maintenance at the moment. But as soon as I get it, you better believe that I will experiment with it. Keep posted.

Ok, so many people like the photos of Armand a few days ago. But they kept asking me to post some of Tabatha. So here it is, she was fully awake and in a great mood. I took advantage of beautiful sunshine coming thru the windows.

Let me just say that my business is built on word of mouth and it amazes how far it has actually taken me. All of my weddings this year have come from previous brides from the 2009 season. No advertising folks!! Which has led to more gigs not related to weddings. For instance, below is April and Chris,

they found me while looking at a potential photographer for their wedding on his flickr friend. I was a contact of a contact of that photographer and somehow they found me. Months passed and I photographed their wedding. Few more months go by and one of her bridesmaid contacts me to shoot family portraits down by the  Columbus Ohio area.

Little bit later a student at the school that Chris works as a teacher saw the wedding album and contacted me to do senior portraits.

After that, Beth, a friend of April’s contacted me because she absolutely loved the way I captured her friends wedding and wanted me to capture her wedding. Which by the way I am really looking forward to. And now I will be doing all head shots for the school drama club (that’s where Chris teaches at). Wooo!! This is all so amazing. Word of Mouth… Gotta Love it!!

Wow time sure comes by quick, I remember this day like it was yesterday, Mindy was six months pregnant. Hard to believe the kids are already a month old.

The information provided below was written by Charles Coyle’s family. Charles is the father of my beloved friend and coworker Monica.

” Chuck was diagnosed with Cancer a little over two years ago… he fought and went into remission for a while and now its back. Chuck is retired and as we all know medical bills are no joke. Our Family is putting this fundraiser together to help take any burden off of him that we can.”

” On Saturday, February 27th we will be having a fundraiser at Bleachers in Parma, OH… $20.00 for all you can eat wings, pizza, hot dogs, fries and vegetable stir fry. Plus, all you can drink pop, beer, and well drinks for three hours. We will also have  a lot of raffles, 50/50′s, etc… If anyone has anything they would like to donate for the cause please let me know.”
