Was it worth doing a shoot at 8 o’clock then covering my shoes and pants with mud, and getting myself in some risky situations?……… YOU BET!!  :)

Number of reasons this shoot was spectacular. First, it was possible due to high praises from one of my previous fabulous bride Beth Kaboth, you can check out her off the wall Engagement Session here and her superwedding here. Second, the very relax, layback and welcoming atmosphere at SiteLogic was obvious the moment you walk thru the door. I really had a great time photographing the very fun office crew. Fall is by far one of my favorite seasons. The colors alone are enough of a reason:) So Melissa and Andy celebrate their Engagement with a lovely Session at the metroparks. The oranges and yellows from the falling leaves blended really well with the morning sun and love filled the October skies.

This past Saturday I had the honor of photographing a very simple, yet elegant wedding at University Circle. Sandy and Tony tied the knot at the duck pond behind the Cleveland Museum of Art along with a small gathering of close friends and family. The ceremony was beautiful, full of joy, laughter and tears. Towards the end of the ceremony, they even had a visit from the random shirtless man walking his dog. Too funny The reception took place at the historical Alumni House at Case Western Reserve University.  This place was AMAZING. I even had the pleasure of witnessing Tony jam some tunes with his band members.

It’s so awesome the places that photography takes me. This awesome Senior Portrait session started off at Progressive Field in downtown Cleveland. We actually got to start the shoot inside the ballpark, on the actual field. Every Sunday after the game they let young ones run the bases. It was awesome, never been on the field before. For Jacob, the ballpark had a special meaning. It was build the same year he was born, and the original name was Jacob’s field. How perfect it would have been if it still had the name. After the park, we walk a bit around downtown and he even got to take some portraits with his sweeeeeet car. Jacob is moving on to become a high school senior for the graduating class of 2011. He plans on majoring in business. I wish him the best and I hope that he’ll have a successful career.

Yesterday very early in the morning I had a high school senior portrait session with Ron. The session went really well!! Ron wants to study to become a Technical Director. I also shot some of the images with a Holga medium format camera. I’ll send the roll for the developing soon. The images from the Holga will be posted later this week
